Rainer Nonnengässer

Mr Rainer Nonnengässer was appointed as an executive board member of YOUNIQ AG with effect 1 July 2010. In addition to project development and asset management, he will also be in charge of the company’s property acquisitions and sales.

Rainer Nonnengässer looks back on more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Having served the Union Investment fund management company in various roles, Rainer Nonnengässer – a trained banker – joined AXA Group in 1998 and held diverse senior management positions and board mandates since. Most recently, his sphere of ownership as Global COO of AXA Real Estate Investment Managers included all investments, project developments and the company’s asset management. 


Dr. Marcel Crommen

Dr. Marcel Crommen was appointed as an executive board member of YOUNIQ AG with effect 1 July 2009. In this function he assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer. The 40-year-old has extensive expertise and experience in the real estate industry, having managed the investment banking sector for the real estate sector of Deutsche Bank since 2004 and, since 2006, of Citigroup for the regions of Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
