Querstrasse 15 – 17 is situated in the tradition-steeped Earls' Quarter and therefore in the direct vicinity of Leipzig city centre. Since the 19th century, the quarter was the centre of activity for such great German publishing houses as Brockhaus or Reclam and has transformed into a popular residential quarter, by virtue of its central location and the numerous listed building ensembles.
