YOUNIQ AG plans to develop and market 1,500 - 2,500 student housing units a year. The objective of YOUNIQ AG is to attain a presence at university locations right across Germany.  The mid-term focus is on the western university locations with more than 10,000 students and an attractive general economic situation. The properties should facilitate a minimum gross floor area of 6,000 m² and must be situated either close to the university or in an attractive city centre location. Sites and existing properties are acquired for these project developments and, in doing so, specific attention is given to vacant existing buildings for a change of use.
