Fields of Business
The Founder Period building at Pestalozzistraße 31 dates back to the year 1905 and now shines with renewed lustre, following reinstatement measures executed in 2000. The value-enhancing works carried out at the property include conversion of the roof floor areas and the improvement and renovation of the 1- to 4-room apartments with a high standard of fit-out. In doing so, the 16 housing units with sizes ranging from around 33 m2 to 96 m2 and providing 992 m2 total living space on four floors were brought right up to date with the modern standards of our time. Further features of the apartment building are its balconies, as well as the well-tended external facilities in the internal courtyard and at the street-facing elevation.
The historically-evolved residential area of Böhlitz-Ehrenberg is located to the west of Leipzig city centre and can be easily reached from wide regions via the A9 and A14 autobahns. The district surrounding Pestalozzistraße is characterised by almost fully-refurbished Founder Period buildings.
