Seeresidenz Markkleeberg is an ensemble made up of two historical villa constructions, dating back to the turn of the 20th century and four new-build villas. The heightened demands of present-day living standards were given full consideration both in the new buildings and in the refurbishment of the listed buildings in 2007/2008. This park-like facility thus encompasses a detached family villa, four semi-detached villas and one villa containing three apartments. The complex has a total living area of around 3,100 m2. The spaciously designed buildings and apartments have areas of between 170 m2 and 270 m2 living space with an exclusive standard of fit-out and generously proportioned rooms. The Seeresidenz is situated to the northwest of Markkleeberg, between Cospuden Lake, the city centre and the Leipzig Auenwald landscape preservation zone. Leipzig city centre is also only a few kilometres away.
