Daniel Schoch

Mr Daniel Schoch is Chairman of the supervisory board of YOUNIQ AG. He is the Chief Financial Officer of Corestate Capital AG and lives in Stuttgart. Apart from his mandate as Chairman of the supervisory board, he is also a member of the supervisory board of Roth & Rau AG, based in Hohenstein-Ernstthal.

Dr. Georg Reul

Dr. Georg Reul is 1st Deputy Chairman of the supervisory board of YOUNIQ AG. In his professional life, Dr. Reul holds a degree in business management and was a member of the management board of IVG Immobilien AG until 21 May 2010. He is resident in Bonn. Furthermore, Dr. Reul is a member of the advisory board of Goldbeck GmbH with registered offices in Bielefeld.

Martin Hitzer

Mr Martin Hitzer is 2nd Deputy Chairman of the supervisory board of YOUNIQ AG. He is a lawyer with the international commercial law practice, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and lives in Düsseldorf.  Mr Hitzer is also a member of the supervisory board of Fette GmbH, based in Schwarzenbek.
