The properties are located at nine sites in Germany, including Munich, Erlangen, Karlsruhe, Frankfurt am Main, Mainz and Leipzig.

YOUNIQ AG plans to develop and market 1,500 to 2,500 student housing units a year. The objective of YOUNIQ AG is to attain a presence at university locations right across Germany.
