We create premium living space for students. YOUNIQ AG plans to develop and market 1,500 to 2,500 student housing units a year. The objective of YOUNIQ AG is to attain a presence at university locations right across Germany. The mid-term focus is on the western German university locations with more than 10,000 students and an attractive general economic situation.

We wish to acquire undeveloped land and existing buildings in university and college towns and cities for our project developments. Properties which are "listed" buildings or project developments which are already under way and developer properties can also be considered. Furthermore, the real estate property to be developed should have a gross floor area of at least 5,000 m2. Moreover, proximity to the university or an attractive city centre location and connection to public transport are also indispensable location criteria.
