2010/02/10: Vorläufiges Konzernergebnis für das Geschäftsjahr 2009 weist einen Konzernjahresüberschuss der YOUNIQ AG auf
Die YOUNIQ AG konnte gemäß ihrem vorläufigen Konzernabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2009 trotz des schwierigen Marktumfeldes und der weltweiten Finanzmarktkrise einen Konzernjahresüberschuss und damit eine deutliche Steigerung im Vergleich zum Vorjahresergebnis erzielen.
Insgesamt ist im Konzernabschluss der YOUNIQ AG für das Geschäftsjahr 2009 mit einem Ergebnis vor Steuern in Höhe von rund 1,9 Mio. Euro (Vorjahr: -10,3 Mio. Euro) und einem Ergebnis nach Steuern in Höhe von rund 1,7 Mio. Euro (Vorjahr: -11,1 Mio. Euro) zu rechnen. Der Umsatz steigerte sich nach dem vorläufigen Konzernergebnis von 18,8 Mio. Euro im Geschäftsjahr 2008 auf rund 44,0 Mio. Euro im Geschäftsjahr 2009.
Dieses vorläufige positive Ergebnis geht insbesondere auf die fortgesetzte Fokussierung und den erfolgreichen Ausbau des Geschäftssegmentes "YOUNIQ - Studentisches Wohnen" zurück, welches auch schon im 3. Quartal des Geschäftsjahres 2009 stärkster Umsatztreiber war.
Die YOUNIQ AG wird ihren Jahres- und Konzernabschluss voraussichtlich am 31. März 2010 veröffentlichen.
